Who Can Refer?

Any current Town Oil customer who is on automatic oil delivery is eligible to participate in our "Warm Up to Savings" referral program. This program is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers who trust us to keep their homes warm and comfortable year after year.


  • Automatic Delivery Customers Only: To participate as a referrer, you must be enrolled in our automatic delivery service. This ensures that you are an active, ongoing customer who regularly receives our premium Bioheat® fuel.
  • Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to how many friends, family members, or neighbors you can refer. For each successful referral, you will earn a $50 credit on your account. The more you refer, the more you save!
  • How to Refer: You can submit your referrals online through our dedicated referral form, or simply have the person you’re referring mention your name when they sign up for automatic delivery. Make sure they use the same name you have on your account to ensure we can properly credit you.

Who Can Be Referred?

The person you refer must be a new customer to Town Oil who signs up for automatic oil delivery or a qualifying HVAC service.


  • New Customers Only: A “new customer” is defined as someone who has never used Town Oil’s services before or who has not had an active account with us in the past two years. If they’ve recently moved into a home and are new to the area, they’re perfect candidates for our services.
  • Automatic Delivery or Qualifying Service: To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must sign up for automatic oil delivery. Alternatively, they can also qualify by purchasing a new or replacement HVAC system installation. These options ensure that your referrals are truly benefiting from the full range of Town Oil’s services.
  • Geographic Eligibility: The referred customer must live within our service area. Unfortunately, we cannot offer services or the referral reward to those living outside the regions we cover. Please check our service area map on the website to ensure your referral is eligible.
  • No Double Referrals: A referred customer can only be referred by one existing customer. If multiple people refer the same individual, only the first referral submitted will be eligible for the reward.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many friends can I refer?  As many as you’d like! There’s no limit to how much you can earn.


When do I get my reward?  Once your friend completes their first delivery or service, the credit will be applied to both accounts.


Can I refer family members?  Absolutely! As long as they are new customers and within our service area.


What if my friend cancels their service?  Unfortunately, the reward is only granted after the first transaction is completed and paid for.
