Interested in growing with us? We're a family owned & operated heating oil and HVAC company in Wethersfield, CT and we're looking for a motivated tech to join our team!

Job duties include the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential heating and cooling equipment, as well as the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling equipment. Duties also include a rotating on call shift for emergency service after hours.

Benefits include 401(k) with weekly employer contribution, as well as an additional profit sharing contribution at year end. A company vehicle with gas provided is provided for work related travel, including to and from work. We also offer tuition reimbursement for certain work-related programs, paid vacation and holidays, and paid sick and parental leave.

Base pay is between $20-$45/hour, based on experience. Additional compensation is provided for shifts on-call, and overtime is available. We also offer commissions for new customer referrals and installation referrals, and we offer a bonus annually based on company performance.
